By using Sure Bet Codes, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

Use of Service

• You are responsible for how you use betting information shown in the app.
• You must use the service in compliance with your local laws and platform rules.
• You must not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.

No Guarantee

Betting involves risk. Sure Bet Codes does not guarantee winnings, outcomes, or profits. Information provided through the app is for informational purposes only.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, including for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

Pro and VIP Passes and External Payments

• Prepaid Pro and VIP passes purchased on our website are one-time payments and do not renew automatically.
• The price, currency, and access duration are shown before you continue to Paystack.
• Access starts only after Paystack confirms the payment and our system grants the matching RevenueCat entitlement.
• VIP includes VIP predictions and the app benefits available to Pro users. Predictions do not guarantee winnings, outcomes, odds, or profits.
• You are responsible for entering the complete Sure Bet Codes User ID shown in the app. Keep your payment reference and recovery code private.
• A processed full refund removes the associated external Pro or VIP access. Refund rights required by applicable law are not limited by these terms.

For payment, activation, or refund assistance, contact support@surebetcodes.org with your Paystack reference. Do not include bank credentials, card details, PINs, or Mobile Money approval codes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sure Bet Codes and its operators are not liable for losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the app.
